Q. Do I have to buy Servers, Storage, Network Gear and other IT Hardware & Software?
A. No. Ready-IT™ includes all the necessary licenses for the systems supported by Ready-IT™. The software license costs are included in the Ready-IT™ monthly cost per user.
Q. How Much Does Ready-IT™ Cost?
A. Ready IT is priced based on a simple cost per-user, per month basis. Exact pricing depends on what Standard and Optional components each client selects for their solution, as well as any custom needs they have. A Ready-IT™ Certified Account Manager can assist you with scoping and pricing the appropriate solution for your firm.
Q. How long of a contract do I need to commit to for Ready-IT™?
A. Because of the cost and workload to set up a customer in Ready-IT™, our agreements are based on 1, 2 or 3-year commitments.
Q. How do you ensure Disaster Recovery of all of my systems and data that are handled by Ready-IT™?
A. Ready-IT™ was architected to include system and data replication to a recovery data center. In the event of a primary data center disaster, the Ready-IT™ recovery data center would provide the same services as the primary data center. The Ready-IT™ Disaster Recovery process is tested and verified at least once per year.
Q. Can you provide standard desktops, laptops and other user hardware as part of Ready-IT™?
A. Absolutely. We know that some clients may already be content with the user hardware they are currently using, but other clients need to replace their user hardware. Ready-IT™ offers various options for user hardware provisioning, configuration, deployment and management. This enables Ready-IT™ customers to spread the costs for new hardware over a term, while allowing for easy user hardware replacements every 3 years.
Q. How do we access Ready-IT™?
A. Ready-IT™ can be accessed from your corporate office, home computer, mobile computer, iPhone or other devices. Each system must have a broadband connection of some sort to the internet, which many firms already have in place. If not, a Certified Ready-IT™ consultant can help you plan and implement the connections you need.
